* We want you to be completely satisfied with your product. If you are not satisfied you can refund/exchange your product (minus shipping and handling fees). Please use our size guide to help minimize returns due to improper size selection.
* Unless the product is faulty, all additional postage costs for returning/exchanging items will be at your expense.
* OLY Life takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.
* Our return/exchange/refund policy lasts 15 calendar days from the time of delivery. If 15 calendar days have gone by since you received your item(s) unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange/return.
* OLY Life offers returns/exchanges/refunds (including shipping) on all products due to manufacturing error, printing issues, damaged products or if an incorrect item(s) was sent. Contact us within 5 days of receiving a faulty product to be eligible for a refund/exchange. The customer must notify use within 5 days of receiving a defective product to qualify for a return/refund/exchange.
*Orders are able to be changed, canceled and refunded before they go to production but not after, this is usually 24 hours. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to make changes (ie. size/colour/add a product) or cancel your purchase within 24 hours of ordering. Once the product has gone to production then we will not be able to make any changes and product will be shipped.
* Please ensure your mailing information is correct. Oly Life is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses, email address, postal/zip code, state/province, country, phone number (if applicable) or any other errors that result in your purchase not reaching the correct location and a refund cannot be issued nor will the product be resent.
* Oly life is not responsible for packages left at shipping addresses given by customers, once the shipping carrier confirms delivery, as this is out of our control once delivery is established. Oly Life will be happy to provide you with tracking number (if you don't already have it) to contact the shipping carrier for further information on your package.
Clearance Items or Items marked Final Sale
Clearance items or Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be refunded/exchanged/returned.
HOW TO START A RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE
* Contact us at email@example.com with REFUND in subject line. This will help expedite the process.
* To start the return/exchange/refund process we will need your order number AND email address used at time of purchase.
* You may be required to either send the product back and/or we may require photos of damaged item for verification.
* Returned items will be inspected before a return is issued.
* To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. All labels/tags must be still attached (if applicable). It must also be in the original packaging. If not we cannot offer refund.
* Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on the method of payment it may take 5-7 business days to process your return. Refunds must be refunded to the original payment method you used to purchase your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve the problem.

* Items from separate orders cannot be refunded within the same package.
* Our products are shipped from USA. If you are ordering from another country you are responsible for any additional taxes, fees or duties that your country may impose on your purchase. If you have any concerns please contact your local Customs Agency for clarification before making any purchases.
