The Bible describes the Apostle Paul’s attitude in his work with others and his statement in Romans 1:11 is an example for all of us: “I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong – that is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith.” In the work environment you may or may not find an environment where there is mutual encouragement. Let it always be said of you that you were an encouraging soul – always a source of inspiration and support, despite what might be going on around you.
