When You Eat Right, Fruits and Vegetables – You Can Lose Weight And Get In Shape

Listen to your doctor and eat right so you can lose weight and get in shape.  When you follow the doctor’s recommended diet and exercise program you can shed unwanted pounds of fat.  OlyLife believes that far too many of us do not eat enough vegetables and fruit.  Instead of eating the macaroni, spaghetti, and white breads etc, try whole wheat or all multi-grain bread and have vegetables and fruits with every meal.  Remember to keep the portions right sized for your calorie plan.  We can see that cows that eat grass all day can still get huge, so even though you are eating healthy, it is important to eat a reasonable amount of calories each day.

While Diet And Exercise Are The Best Combo – A Healthy Diet Will Go A Long Way

Even if you are not exercising as much as you would like, your healthy diet will contribute a great deal to your weight loss.  When you eat only healthy meals and get plenty of vegetables and fruit along with small portions of proteins, you will make excellent progress.  Often times, it boils down to calories you eat vs. calories you burn.  If you are eating several thousand calories a day, it is likely going to be difficult for you to lose weight.  (Unless you are an athlete training for a marathon etc.)  So, eat more vegetables and fruit following your doctor’s recommended diet, get off of the junk food and you will be closer to making the most of your one and only life – That’s OlyLife!
