1. Recognize The Individuality Of Others. When you treat each person as a unique individual, you avoid placing anyone in a category or failing to see the person as someone special. In doing this, you take into account this persons needs and feelings.
2. Zero Tolerance for any type of discrimination whether religion, race, ethnic background, family relationships, sexual orientation, political affiliation, skin color, physical attributes, disabilities and so on.
3. Communicate in a caring way to all and do not single out anyone or any group with different treatment. For example, don’t buddy up with all the males, but ignore all the women or vice versa.
4. Follow the Golden Rule and treat others as you wish to be treated. Everyone wants to be treated with respect. No harassment, no mocking, no innuendos, no touching other than a handshake.
