Work with him or her to get approval on a diet and exercise plan that will help you reach that target weight. Three Steps To Avoid Getting Big

1.    Determine Target Weight With Doctor.

Create an approved plan to achieve your target weight.

2.    Exercise the Recommended Amount.

Do the cardio and strength training approved by your doctor five or six days a week.

3.    Eat The Recommended Healthy Calories Daily.

Take in the good foods, such as small amounts of protein, whole grain carbohydrates, fruits, and vegetables each meal.

Simple As That And You Won’t Get Big

If you follow your doctor’s exercise and diet recommendations, you will likely stay fit and won’t be overweight. The problem is that most of us make excuses; and if we are honest, we just don’t do what we should. If there are no underlying medical problems, the doctor may approve an exercise and diet for you – if so, follow it and you will be making the most of your one and only life – That’s OlyLife!
